sorry!! i would suggest looking at low fodmap foods i used to really suffer with bloating before i realised certain foods would trigger it

What Iβm hearing when I read this great π post is β¦.. Even when the chips are down you still push yourself to become the best version of you , nothing worse than feeling bloated when you are in the gym. Making the good decisions to stay active isVERY hard on the good days, staying strong mentally and pushing yourself on the bad days is almost impossible. Everyone wants to be a beast till it comes time to do what beasts do, Youβre CRUSHING life , keep going .
