Right now, Iโm focused on strength training and building muscle while also working on losing some body fat. To support this, I prioritize protein and fiber in my diet. Iโve cut back on carbs significantly, especially bread, I used to eat it almost every day, but for the past two months, Iโve really reduced my intake. During the week, I aim for a high protein intake, and I allow myself a bit more flexibility with carbs on the weekends. It's a balance that works for me

Cutting out carbs doesnโt affect your strength in the gym ?

It doesnโt, and I didnโt cut it out completely, I still eat my carbs, only reduced how much I consumed compared to when I wasnโt tracking my diet
