Right now, I’m focused on strength training and building muscle while also working on losing some body fat. To support this, I prioritize protein and fiber in my diet. I’ve cut back on carbs significantly, especially bread, I used to eat it almost every day, but for the past two months, I’ve really reduced my intake. During the week, I aim for a high protein intake, and I allow myself a bit more flexibility with carbs on the weekends. It's a balance that works for me
