throwback to a vlog i made at the start of this year

on january 2nd 2024 my paris olympic dream ended

i tore my rec fem muscle in my quad whilst testing my sprints

i was heartbroken

last time i had a serious injury ( 2023) i came off all socials and basically hid

this year i decided to document the whole thing on instagram 

from the journey of rehabbing until winning the british championships in june 

this made me realise how much i love sharing the behind the scenes of my training

but i realise that insta isn't the best option 

the onchain creator economy is build different

documenting onchain will allow people to be a big part of my journey 

and as an unsponsored athlete it will actually help me to achieve my sporting goals

so excited involve all of you in my story on my journey to LA2028 🙏
