Did you know that before the 19th century, lobsters and oysters were poor people's food in London and elsewhere? People literally fished them out of the Thames and sold them on the street

That's wild and now super expensive 😅 
My region also has similar transformation with food, for Instance "Garri", used to think it was just a staple food, for days when you're low on cash but now it's been reinvented into fancy cuisine - sometimes just for fun but yeah, happens
