back on the garage gym workouts while iām staying with my parents again warmed up with a 1mi run outside (not on a treadmill finally) and my lungs wanted to die but then crushed a glute workout with the sun shining in š āļø

it's super basic honestly! the most important thing is making sure you activate your glutes beforehand and have good mind-muscle connection to activate (all with a resistance band): > clamshells 2x12 > hip thrusts 2x12 > donkey kicks 2x12
