Today I’m going to cook some pointed cabbage. It’s one of my favorite types of cabbage. I first discovered it here in Germany, and I think we don’t have it in South America. The taste is lighter than regular cabbage, and it pairs well with other vegetables. I’ll probably add some carrot and potato and make a sauté. Eating healthy, real food has been a part of my life for more than a year, and it’s made wonders for me.

We have it here in England. It’s extra sweet and tender. Easy to cut and cook. I eat it raw too sometimes, but I tend to eat a lot of veggies raw. My favorite is purple cabbage. Also Savoy, which is dented/curly!

I also like it raw as a salad. It is good. I don’t know what is Savoy. But I’ll check it out! 😊
