iโve read the feedback and want to make sure that at least one workout a week is more inclusive so todayโs warpcast workout has NO jumping or lunges but it still gets the heart rate up! ๐ฅ low impact scorcher ๐ฅ 1. scissors with chest press 2 x 10 2. dumbbell marches 2 x 10 3. dumbbell swings 2 x 10 4. side plank with lifts 2 x 5 each side 5. donkey kicks 2 x 5 each side 6. forward,side, back (with bands) 2 x 5 each side if you donโt have dumbbells do it without them or replace with a waterbottle! Iโm hoping more of you will be able to take part today! ๐๐พ as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions/feedback!
