iโ€™ve read the feedback and want to make sure that at least one workout a week is more inclusive so todayโ€™s warpcast workout has NO jumping or lunges but it still gets the heart rate up! ๐Ÿ’ฅ low impact scorcher ๐Ÿ’ฅ 1. scissors with chest press 2 x 10 2. dumbbell marches 2 x 10 3. dumbbell swings 2 x 10 4. side plank with lifts 2 x 5 each side 5. donkey kicks 2 x 5 each side 6. forward,side, back (with bands) 2 x 5 each side if you donโ€™t have dumbbells do it without them or replace with a waterbottle! Iโ€™m hoping more of you will be able to take part today! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions/feedback!
