GM ππ»ββοΈ Always looking for extra energy for training? I make myself a banger preworkout every day: 1 tsp ginger powder (double if you're frisky) 2 tsp honey lemon juice enough water to make it like a double/triple shot size You can add cayenne pepper too if you want to reeeeally sweat π¦

It just gives a great energy boost, without caffein. The ginger is a mild stimulant, and honey is a low glycemic index sugar, so it metabolises slower than other sugars, so you don't crash quickly during training. Lemon for taste π€·ββοΈ Oh, and cayenne pepper as a thermogenic to heat you from inside.
