recommendations?

Need to get into the deepest level of flow I have ever been. I’d say, 1-month.

Literal goal:
- product roadmap (~6-18mth)
- only work in vscode for codebase, wiki, and writing on “blog”, & farcaster
- continue casting @ 25% of now
 
Conscious of time mngt & “time-wasters”, looking more for 

Working on /grey — /fashion, psychological design, writer, handyman, co-founder

I should add, I have no problem going up to brink of death, but need to be revived just to see some things through. 

Part above goal includes food and waste.
