London and UK more broadly getting a lot of heat for various reasons atm. Despite all the noise, I'm long on London. Here are just some of the reasons: - International - Talent hub (top universities + companies) - Rich cultural scene - Great food from anywhere - Home of Arsenal FC - And because on a sunny day, there's no city more beautiful. Except Vienna.

And because the sunny day happens so infrequently, you enjoy it 10x more ;) I think London continues to be great, but step foot anywhere outside of London, Manc, Edi, Cam, Ox and maybe a select few other places and you can really see and feel the damage straight away. Many towns and cities feel eerily empty and soulless. I think this might be the crux of the criticism

Forget FAANG. It's all about LMECO = London, Manc, Edi, Cam and Ox. Though I'm actuallyy thinking about moving to Brighton in 5 years or so. None of the above give me the open ocean I'm looking for
