@noun40 brought up an idea that is exciting to me, in the vein of reducing the need for active governance: streaming. Every Noun is entitled to stream a portion of the treasury to some address(es). We can use similar logic to the client rewards as to the allowlist and how much.

If it’s splitting funding into smaller amounts and giving to Nouners to distribute. That’s why I’m asking for more info. Not sure I understand the mechanics you’re suggesting.

I think the idea is to allocate a certain % of the treasury or auction revenue to a streaming budget and then allow each noun to decide what a part of that budget goes to. /vrbs does this in a really cool way with their grants https://vrbs.build/vrbs/grants

So I think our client incentives are currently based on daily auction proceeds. And so it wouldn’t be carving up the whole treasury. But in any case, voting on props would still happen.
