@noun40 brought up an idea that is exciting to me, in the vein of reducing the need for active governance: streaming. 

Every Noun is entitled to stream a portion of the treasury to some address(es). We can use similar logic to the client rewards as to the allowlist and how much.

Can you say more — not sure I follow. Wouldn’t this prohibit  big bets like esports & a nouns movie?

It would just require for people to send their streaming allocation to those projects. Instead of voting you just point your stream towards what you want to fund.

If it’s splitting funding into smaller amounts and giving to Nouners to distribute. That’s why I’m asking for more info. Not sure I understand the mechanics you’re suggesting.
