Grabbing lunch, waiting on hotel room to be ready and the water container looks just like the glass milk containers the milkman used to deliver to my house when I was kid. (Yes, that’s how old I am)

Some may remember me saying I don’t put milk in my cereal — this was the reason. My mum wouldn’t let us touch the milk so if we were up before her, we could have cereal but without milk. And I got used to it. I don’t understand eating soggy cereal. 🥣

Ohh, this brought back memories of our milkman, who was actually more of a minimarket on wheels. He was still at it about 6 years ago, but about to retire.
I remember taking my pocket money to buy candy in his shop-on-wheels, while getting the milk my mom had sent me to get.

Nice memory. It’s not soggy if you eat it fast! 

We need to bring back milk delivery and bread delivery. My local coffee roaster used to do local delivery but stopped it after a year…more expensive than mailing usps.
