changed the name to "builder awards" from retro awards. also adjusted down the per quarter nouns awarded to 4 instead of 10. I think establishing the new cultural norm of retro-ing nouns to our best prop builders is an important thing to nail down while we have high alignment here.

What do you think of adding some Propdates element ? Maybe for Q4’23 only props that have submitted an update are eligible ? Or Propdates is part of the criteria?

I’m picturing a requirement for propdates and some level of community consensus on a completed propdate.

Only then would a reward option be available. Maybe the proposer can then select that they are interested (once eligible), and only then can they be distributed.

don't know if we need to make it a strict eligibility criteria but if the voting site pulled the prop dates then just the naturally desire for your prop to have something shown there for the awards voters would drive adoption imo
