changed the name to "builder awards" from retro awards. also adjusted down the per quarter nouns awarded to 4 instead of 10.

I think establishing the new cultural norm of retro-ing nouns to our best prop builders is an important thing to nail down while we have high alignment here.

To be honest, I think you should be aware of the award, and opt to claim it personally. Hence you make the choose when you tax liabilities start.
