Todays workout is just move and find as much firing and contraction as possible, load or not, also shoes off to feel the ground and work dexterity with the feet

I get a lot of use out of them. There are a lot of ways to move around them and they're high enough to get proper dips in as well

I don't have either of those at this place, there's a park a short walk away that has a good bar for pullups, but no rings. The cf gym has been giving me my fill of those movements lately
