Your card rewards depend on dark patterns, is that the type of relationship you want with the primary service provider who helps you use your money? They’re only providing these benefits because, by the numbers, they’re too difficult for you to derive value from. If that changes then they will swap lies on you

You know those service providers are in it to make their own profit, & not provide the maximal benefit to the end user. If people had the option, & were aware of it, of utilizing infrastructure that maximally serves them, with solid support/quality of use etc, they'd rock it 100%

I've never had a problem with my chase card but then again I pay a yearly fee that's pure profit for them and they're playing games with their partner firms to reduce costs!
