Yeah, just walk around the house and then the outdoor concrete patio, occasionally venturing a step or two into the yard until I could start to handle it. Feet feel great now

The first weeks were so hard I didn’t have to try, I could make it like 5 steps. I just walked on lightly textured concrete on our patio instead. I went about a mile today

Today was the first day I just went for it with the walk. Every other day up until now I’ve been walking around the house and mostly on the concrete patio to get them broken in. 2 months ago 5 steps to the car was nearly impossible

Conditioning does prevent the condition, it extends where the condition becomes a constraint, so I get blisters, but it takes a lot and I rarely get there anymore

lol, reminds me of an incident from my childhood when my friend and I got the idea to go outside to walk barefoot. There was no idea behind it, we just wanted to. Everyone looked at us weird, but we felt special.😁

i heard walking barefoot makes you healthy, so i can only imagine how healthy your dog must be, been doing it his whole life.
