Working too much routine: Strength train 1-2 days, CrossFit/HIIT 1-2 days, mobility 1-2 days, endurance outside in the wild 1-2 days Training routine: Two-a-days 5/6 days a week 3-5 hike and flies per week (can count as 1 of the workouts)
