I’m very Irish, I don’t use sunscreen, I spend hours in the sun and don’t easily burn Diet matters to a profound degree, also regular exposure and breaking in your epidermis after being hidden by clothes all winter are important

Not to mention, you don't instantly combust when exposed to the atrocity that is Java. Not sure what that has to do with being Irish but yeah 😂

hm my mom is also a ginger and never burns which is rare but I guess ”gingers who dont burn” are a thing?

I'm 100% Irish and have had skin cancer before so I can't go a single day without sunscreen. Though I do think that you can totally live without it as you say if you acclimate yourself appropriately

i think im very Irish as well, but yeah, you can condition your skin to be more tolerant of UV radiation 😅
