A combination of empathy + less of a “threat” (as a founder)?

Somewhat, yea. I’d also say that as a product person, I’m more likely to want to dig in & ask serious questions for a current project than former one. Especially if a founder is a friend, I have a tendency to act like I’m on the team and tear into things. Past product reactions are just for comfort. 🤷‍♂️
