Question about thread replies and how ranking works. I love that we can just + to add more casts to make a thread. I hate that replies by default stack on the top level post and bury the rest of the thread. - do replies only boost ranking if they are on the top level cast of a thread? - could threads default to adding comments to the last cast in the thread? - could you aggregate likes and replies from the entire thread? Like if 1 person likes all 5 casts in the thread it's only 1 factor of boost. But if 5 ppl like any of the casts in the thread it counts as a factor of 5 instead of just however many were on the top cast? Don't want to make threads overpowered, but rather just stop punishing them with bad UX. Making threads more accessible would greatly improve deeper exploration into topics, imo.

I don't know how threads work on Warpcast, but I maybe should publish this as an essay instead

I don't know, I've been experimenting with threads because it's an interesting format when it's clean. Soon as replies start coming in tho it can make a mess. Paragraph articles are nice cuz you can 1-click read them without leaving the feed. There's no clear answer yet.
