can't believe there isn't an easy way to do a downloadable static webpage

Outside of the print as PDF functionality, it seems you want a beautiful webpage with a download as PDF option. The PDF is the PDF. It sucks because it’s a PDF, but it’s there. The webpage is the great experience though.
