What is something that you’ve found you can do to reliably slip into a flow state? In particular, a flow state *of work*. Two examples could be drinking a morning coffee or packing a zyn but I am much more interested in answers that do not involve substances. A good one for me is turning on a 60 min pomodoro time

Non-substance tips for finding flow 1. Wake up early enough to be sleep deprived but not have a sleep deficit (e.g. you slept well the days before) 2.
