Holy shit TicketMaster is a garbage user experience. Login flow is world class bad, then I timed out on the purchase page because the options didn’t load What’s their moat? How is it possible they still exist?

They have no competition for one. But the real secret is that they’re basically reselling tickets to you. They guarantee sales for performers so the agencies love them.
