Re search, any thoughts on a chatbot approach vs. a more traditional search function?

Either way, it's not too challenging to get a basic version out, but that tends to lead to some frustrating experiences, and it can take a lot of effort to get search to an optimal state. Definitely something we want to do, but aware it may take quite a bit of effort & need to prioritize accordingly.
