S/o to my favorite weightlifting app I’ve ever used: RP Fitness Hypertrophy app 12 weeks into this program, and still seeing daily/weekly gains, when usually I start to plateau after 3 or 4 weeks

No, you have to pick the actual exercises, but it creates the structure. And then based on the feedback you give it, it automatically makes adjustments to the next workout.
