this one is tough!! today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 10 minute HIIT blast 💥 structure: • 5 exercises • 3 rounds • work interval: 20 seconds per exercise • rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises • 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. plank in and outs 2. dumbbell crunches 3. jumping jacks 4. jump step backs 5. dumbbell punches take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - high as always let me know if you have any questions or workout requests and please let me know how you find it ↑
