Having a US entity for your business is a major headache IMO - esp if you operate primarily online/onchain

You have federal and state tax compliances, and other business compliance for payroll, and a bunch of other things no one really tells you about until you're too far into the mess

On the other hand UK or even many European jurisdictions have very simple filing, compliance, and tax requirements

It's a complete psyop that somehow the US is a better choice and as new onchain fundraising mechanisms emerge, having a DE or similar US entity is going to feel like a relic of the past

The psyop you mentioned is really a thing. I worked in a Ldn based startup that over simplified the process and got stuck when they finally started. 

I got laid off before any progress was made.
