nothing should be wallet-bound for sure soulbound i've got less conviction about, but I could be convinced either way we presently don't have anything that comes close to offering the ability to create something soulbound anyway

+1, it's easy to attack a definition of "soulbound" that is too narrow and unimaginative. To me, it just means ownership of something is bound to multiple things that are identified with a person. Social recovery is adjacent to this.
