I don't know. I have done a lot of research into SBT use cases. It's complicated, but with proper development they could be quite effective identifying and designating users as human while keeping the human's personal data private. It's just.. we need ZK, AI, FHE, and a stack of middleware to make it work.

nothing should be wallet-bound for sure soulbound i've got less conviction about, but I could be convinced either way we presently don't have anything that comes close to offering the ability to create something soulbound anyway
