I got a new supplier for my nail polish bottles and the MQO was 5000. It will be approx. $3360 USD, which is roughly $4732 CAD. That CAD number makes me want to die. But I also know I can sell 5000 bottles and that first major MQO jump is necessary if I want to grow. 🤷🏽♀️ It’s also difficult to determine how much inventory to order since I’m still collecting data points since June (first launch). Writing this here so I can look back at this moment a year from now.

You can definitely sell that amount! I forgot where I read about this - but often times there's "point of no return" moments for founders where they *have* to make it happen. You took a big risk and I'm so proud of you!
