Model results are really compelling

Biggest problem is that it breaks the whole narrative that OpenAI and other labs have around costs of running the models, and their respective business models (and stock prices)

I think it also opens up the possibility aperture too, that maybe other 10-100x improvements are out there that we don’t know about yet

Feels like scortched earth is something a competitor would do if they didn’t have a good chance of winning the race
