Wow, this looks so light and packed with flavor. Nothing like the copious amounts of cheese and heavy cream I’m used to 🫣

hm kinda - canned tuna is very common in italy and the quality is 10x higher than other markets, so pasta with tuna (in many forms) is common too, it can be a bachelor recipe lol

but i'm from the south where tomatoes are particularly good, and this was made often

so i guess you could say that :)

I love how umami tuna is, but the canned stuff I get stateside is just ok lol. I’m envious - I loveee seafood, I’ve been dreaming of trying fried anchovies in Amalfi
