I personally use it almost for 2 years now. On 707 days streak today. A good friend showed it to me and I am really thankful to him for this. I find it to be a great tool to help memorize phrases and words. I also think that the gamification built into the app is amazing and you can re-use it in your products as well.

Fun way to improve vocab but not exactly driving meaningful conversational language learning. Not much of a replacement for immersion, quite yet. Great reference for app experience design too as they touch on many modalities for driving consistent engagement. Great product/eng/design blog posts about their process. Also great proof that even a few minutes per day can compound over time. Helped me internalize this and seek to apply to other aspects of my life.

Present! I think it has evolved well, really awesome friendly features now. But I haven't tried the other apps yet honestly, so I don't have much point of reference. I have a 437 day streak,hopefully I'll get to 700 + Which language did you pick btw?
