Why is it important to not overtip? Looking at the points query one thing stroke me: if you overtip on a particular day, all the tips you made that day are burned. UPDATE: did some additional checks by separating the query to see how the donated_amount is calculated and can confirm that it is indeed the running sum. SO, @degenfans and @wuestenigel - you guys are right, and I have to get some query classes! Good News: Tips are not being busted! 🎉

This is very useful info., thank you. Updated my dune query to show tally amount with the official dune leaderboard. I also noticed that now it allow for 50% more than allocated allowance to be a valid tip (up from 3%) 👀 530 $Degen

I made this same mistake a few days ago, and then realised it's a running total. I should probably spell it out clearly in my FAQ, I only indirectly state your tips will pay out highest value first then time based when overtipping.
