UPDATE: did some additional checks by separating the query to see how the donated_amount is calculated and can confirm that it is indeed the running sum. SO, @degenfans and @wuestenigel - you guys are right, and I have to get some query classes! Good News: Tips are not being busted! 🎉

I would say this is not correct, as in line 74 it is filtered against a running total. So you can tip till this threshold (+3%) but if you e.g have 100 allowance tip 80 and then 25 the 25 will be ignored, if you tip 80+23 both count
