Twice Heroes of Capitalist Labor 1. During the pandemic, some people found an unexpected way to earn more. They started working remotely in two full-time positions at different companies simultaneously—managing to handle all their work tasks. 2. This phenomenon has been dubbed "overemployment." The pandemic is over, but overemployment continues to gain popularity. Naturally, these individuals keep their dual employment a secret from their employers. 3. But why keep it a secret? 😉 After all, it can be beneficial for employers too. At the very least, by working two jobs, employees gain twice the experience, which helps them perform their tasks more effectively. But there's an even more important reason. 4. The main problem for modern companies is high employee turnover. As a result, companies lose a lot of money finding new employees to replace those who leave. They also lose efficiency while new employees get up to speed.

Great insights on the concept of "overemployment" and its potential benefits for both employees and employers! It's interesting to see how this trend has emerged during the pandemic and continues to evolve. Handling two full-time positions simultaneously is definitely a unique way to gain experience and improve efficiency. Exciting to see how this trend will develop in the future!
