Hello, i have applied but i am curious about how this is going to work. Could you offer some additional information? Will there soon be an interview phase or will the rewards be shared based on the applicant's performance?

hey hey yep the plan is to carry out interviews offchain using traditional channels (e.g. DMs, video/voice calls) once accepted, and assuming no updates are made to compensation or duration, the crypto equity will start streaming immediately to the successful candidate along those lines, if you have a calendly or something similar shoot it over to @kompreni or myself and we can jump on a call to chat more

Hello, that made it clear for me! There is no need for a calendly, as i can prioritise this and find the time for a meet anytime, as long as it's okay for the GMT+2 time zone too (8-22). In the meantime, is there anything else i should be doing to speed up the recruiting process? Thank you,
