Hello, that made it clear for me! 

There is no need for a calendly, as i can prioritise this and find the time for a meet anytime, as long as it's okay for the GMT+2 time zone too (8-22).

In the meantime, is there anything else i should be doing to speed up the recruiting process?

hey hey yep the plan is to carry out interviews offchain using traditional channels (e.g. DMs, video/voice calls)

once accepted, and assuming no updates are made to compensation or duration, the crypto equity will start streaming immediately to the successful candidate
