Interested take by @kylesamani on Zero-Employee Companies. I don't think the future is companies with zero employees but companies with full AI executive management who decide, orchestrate and distribute tasks (to humans or other AIs), governed by humans (through a DAO or not).

Just to be sure my idea of futarchy is correct: it's a system where public action is governed by prediction markets? What's the most up-to-date resource you have for me to read before answering? :)

some people say it's prediction market, we call them conditional market you get the option to buy p/f token which represent token if and only if the proposal is to pass or fail

for example you have 2 eth and 5k usdc you deposit in the conditional vault everything, you'll get 2 peth, 2feth 5000 pusdc, 5000fusdc you can trade both market separately, pricing the token in different outcome. at the end the branch that resolves is claimable, the other is discarded no token are introduced, they just change hands

you can check /futarchy i've wrote a bit there but stopped because almost zero engagement. i love farcaster and want to see it thrive but i still struggle to be active because i'm mainly following solana and economy these days and these social circles are on twitter :s
