What excites me most isn’t just how wine is changing today, but how our children and grandchildren will experience it. Will they still sip a deep red Syrah or a crisp Chardonnay? Probably—but in ways we can’t yet imagine. One thing is certain: the magic of wine will endure. It might taste different, but it will still bring us together, just as it always has.
