things I need to do on my house:
- renovate bathroom (floor is shot, plumbing might be leaking)
- renovate 2nd bedroom, painting might be enough, but ideally new drywall and windows 🤞
- figure out a way to have clean storage in the attic (2nd bedroom is currently storage)

You can radically improve a space without completely renovating it or even buying new furniture. 

I like what feng sui teaches us about paying attention to the energy of a space (AKA how we move through and interact it) to inform where to place furniture and how to decorate it.

I want to build a community/resource for people to have more agency over their spaces. rather than default to major renos, additions, or moving. 

not sure how that works yet, but I think storage and org are at the center. The other bit is keen awareness of how we use our own spaces. 

obviously, sometimes a renovation is needed (ie. rotten bathroom floors) but I think there’s some magic place prior to that where cost, value, and joy peak.
