Self-published writers of series - how long do you give it between book releases? I have book 1 of a trilogy ready to go, but am contemplating holding it back until I finish the trilogy so that I can release them within a few weeks/months of each other. Thoughts?

If you are trying to play the Amazon game, the more you can put out in a short time the better. This is what I hear at least.
