Poached eggs always seemed like a daunting challenge. So many methodologies all leading to varying degrees of success and very difficult to master. 

But I was determined to beat the restaurants on this one because paying $24+ for two eggs is a fucking crime and I refuse to accept that reality. 

Hence, I have mastered the art of poaching eggs.
