I love my loges. Pro tip, thrifted cast iron have been better for me.

i rarely use cast iron skillets because i’m obsessed with nanobond / probond pans

i just have this 10” cast iron for making the occasional dutch baby or for something like a cornbread i want to serve in the skillet at the dinner table
