Ethereum Account Abstraction

Do we want a wallet_sendUserOperation RPC so that Wallets and Apps can talk about user operations. 

OR.... do we want to front run RIP-7560 and have some wallets support transactions with type AA_TX_TYPE on eth_sendTransaction and other requests? 

Both have pros/cons, but I think I lean towards the latter.

Really happy with where we got to here, avoiding any ERC-4337 specific RPCs, and picking up and updating and stagnant but needed EIP! Check it out
