I found it to be impossible to debug failing user ops. So far my workaround has been to simulate all transactions before submitting them.

yep coinbase has a paymaster/bundler product and that's what i was referring to. made the investment in error logs precisely because of the friction you were mentioning

I am using account abstraction via Bichonomy paymasters right now. 

I guess the link you shared uses different infrastructure. Does coinbase run bundles and paymasters as well? 

I just deployed Uvio testnet on Base Sepolia and am happy to get any feedback about best practices to integrate better.
