Favorite pre-workout food or drink for before lifting? Not looking to take anything that trades potential long-term consequences for short-term gains. More natural the better (i.e. banana). Not looking for C4 type stuff. Mild is fine.

Honestly if I don’t a real meal like 1-2 hours before I’ll just crush peanut butter toast and banana on top. The preworkouts are all kinda gnar and I’ll just have coffee if I’m dragging
